Desktop - Clicking the event notify icon when an event is being viewed results in a "No events to display message" #674

Hi, can you please elaborate on what you mean by "when event is being viewed" ? I found a related issue, but not what you are reporting: If you are viewing an event footage and a new alarm arrives and you get the "shaking bell", tapping on it does not remove the current footage view, which is probably not what you reported. |
Hi The only way to get a populated events list is to choose another view and then switch back to events view. |

Description:
Clicking the event notify icon when an event is being viewed results in a "No events to display message"
This also happened in the previous version of the app too.
Log just shows -
