32f103 I²C Testing binary as used for : https://www.blaatschaap.be/32f103-comparison-part-5/

Please note the test assumed the microcontroller under test
is assumed to be placed into a BlaatSchaap PMOD Baseboard
( BlaatSchaap STM32 BaseBoard v3.1 or BlaatSchaap Blue/Black Pill/Longan BaseBoard ) and connected to a BlaatSchaap I²C Modules board v0.3 with all modules in place.

The "stm32f103xb_32f_testing." files can be used on any Cortex-M 32F103 MCU.
The "rv32f103_32f_testing." files can be used on RISC-V CH32V103 or GD32VF103 MCU.
