Significantly refactored the code to make it more robust, practical, and aesthetically pleasing, as well as to make it more friendly for future code maintenance work.

The Python source codes are now compatible with Python >= 3.9.

You can also use the pre-packaged binary files created with pyinstaller (containing Python 3.11.9) to achieve the same functionality.
