Nothing massive here but hopefully a few breadcrumbs for those who might be lost (as I often am!).

They were not obvious from the help text and had global effect on the user's environment.
If users need Fastlane or Carthage then they can and should do that in their own preferred manner.
The purpose and impact of Carthage vs Cocoapods wasn't clear without experimentation.
Hopefully this will make it more obvious to those who wish to iterate on the codebase how to get started.
