User Roles

We distinguish between the real-world user roles people can have and the user roles as used with the Drupal content management system. To keep things clear, the latter list is a somewhat shorted version of the list of real-world user roles.
- Non-authenticated visitor
- Authenticated visitor (non-member)
- Authenticated visitor (member)
- Editor in chief
- Committee editor
- Conference editor
- C Vu Journal editor

- Study group editor (covering all study groups)
- Local group editors

- anonymous user - non-authenticated visitor (standard Drupal role)
- authenticated user - authenticated visitor (non-member, standard Drupal role)
- member - authenticated visitor (member of ACCU)
- editor - editor in chief
- conference editor - editor of conference information
- journal editor - editor of C Vu or Overload journal information
- review editor - editor of book review information
- study group editor - editor of online study group information
- local group editor - editor of local branch or local group information
- committee editor - editor of committee-related information, such as committee minutes
- membership editor - editor of membership-related information, such as ...
- mailing list moderator - editor of mailing-list-related information
