@mikhailkoliada I was wondering if this is worthy of the Announcement label as many other similar changes to tool versions get such an announcement label. In particular this update changed the major version of gcc from 11.2 to 12.2 and related toolchain items.

Yup, this has led to my CI pipeline failing... This definitely needs added to the announcements.

This is also causing me a lot of headaches since the update seems to also change what implementation of LibC it is using. Linking against precompiled MinGW binaries is now failing and even when I'm not doing that, I can't run any unit tests built using MinGW because they fail to start up due to what I believe are missing DLLs.
