this addresses the fact that rtd.yaml files lacking sphinx configuration are being deprecated: https://about.readthedocs.com/blog/2024/12/deprecate-config-files-without-sphinx-or-mkdocs-config/

adafruit/Adafruit_CircuitPython_MPU6050#40 draft is opened to confirm that actions are all good. This was the library / branch that the patch file was created from.
