I did two things with this, which are primarily just to get some more debugging info on #59.

  • Switched the Travis OS from Trusty to Xenial
  • Added some startup messaging to help see where the jobs are actually failing. I think its the API call to PyPI to get the latest version of pylint. This should help narrow that down.
