Add social icon for Tidal

What does this PR change? What problem does it solve?

This PR adds the social icon for TIDAL music.

It works for both "dark" and "light" themes.

SVG taken from Simple Icons.

usage:

socialIcons:
  - name: tidal
     url: "https://tidal.com/browse/user/189547551"
