Description

Button focus ring sized incorrectly for L/XL

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to https://opensource.adobe.com/spectrum-css/button-primary.html
  2. Tab to the large button
  3. Focus-ring sized wrong, radius too small

Expected behavior

Focus-ring is sized nicely
