v1.0.1.1-release branch was created to float s390x_linux patch for JDK22 for the April release (ahead of those changes being upstream to the OpenJDK repo). Because of that, we update testenv.properties file to use the jdk-22.0.1.1+1_adopt tag (since jdk-22.0.1.1+1 does not exist).
