https://ci.adoptium.net/job/build-scripts/job/evaluation-openjdk20-pipeline/ appears to have restricted visibility, which means it's not possible for an end-user to see (and evaluate!) the evaluation platforms. This also makes it harder for us to just wget/curl them onto a new machine as it can't be done without credentials.

The permissions should be changed to allow open access to the evaluation pipelines.

I will note, however, that the individual build jobs under https://ci.adoptium.net/job/build-scripts/job/jobs/job/evaluation/job/jobs/ ARE visible, and the artefacts, when present, can be pulled from there.

I've going to close this as it's superceded by #680 which covers the non-evaluation pipelines too.
