Is there a way to make sure that the text is updated on first display of the widget?
For example if on first display the toggle is on, will the text update to "Added to"?

How can we test both scenarios? i.e.

1. check that the initial opt in status is on and the text is "Added to"
2. check that initial opt in status is off and the text is "Add to"
