In the ISO 3166 list:
http://www.iso.org/iso/country_codes/iso_3166_code_lists/country_names_and_code_elements.htm

Palestine is listed as:
PS PALESTINE, STATE OF

In RSR we have this listed as:
PS Palestinian Territory, Occupied

Can we change it to the former (without Caps).
