HOMEPAGE RELEASE: Footer Links not working

The following Footer links are leading to 404 or Page not found. Many of these show up as linking to rsr.uat.akvo but then arrive at just uat.akvo:

Almost all of these links are Drupal pages - and Drupal is not currently on UAT.

We plan to add Drupal to UAT (I believe @zzgvh needs to complete some steps after @osgl copied over the code).

However we do need to also ensure that we have a solution for http://rsr.uat.akvo.org/labs/ which is not a drupal page.

I've installed the latest Drupal content on uat, if @zzgvh could kindly complete the database and any further setup please.

Do we still require any /labs content though? Perhaps we could remove the Labs footer link for this release since the content will be moved elsewhere soon in the site redesign, rather than fiddle with setting up MediaWiki on uat.
