Footer rsr.akvo.org - 'Let's be friends' needs updating

Footer for rsr.akvo.org is not the latest footer of akvo.org - 'Let's be friends' icons do not show what they are when hovered over (only telephone shows contact us).

Sounds like a good idea 😄 I don't remember how I got them the first time around, but just email me the updated files involved and I'll take a look.

Basically I just updated the title attribute on those links:

just replace the

... by this:
