a go based HTTP endpoint for programming dad jokes that serves it in json format.
this program is based on the list from https://github.com/wesbos/dad-jokes though ill probly add more later
the purpose of this program is to provide a simple way for people to add jokes on digital sign boards like dakboard or motds or realy anything that can take json
