Convert the benchmark suite to criterion and add measurement for the following metrics: * Wall Time (the time taken to run the code naturally) * Allocation rate * Reallocation rate * CPU Cycles (linux only) * LLC Cache misses (linux only) * Branch mispredictions (linux only)

To fix it I got rid of the mutex on `TreeWalker` by using `arrow::util::internal::TaskGroup` instead of manually tracking the #/status of in-flight requests.
