PiNav v2.0.0

Changed pinav_usb from script to C program which allows for easier programming of features.
Added an ini feature to control what PiNav enables/disables.

Initial Release

Initial release of the PiNav flashable image and script.
The flashable image will have both serial and network enable by default.
IMPORTANT: Change the password from the default!
