Progress tab contains too much information and the More/Less buttons are not sufficient.
Add a drop down list or dialog which allows to show or hide each table row in the progress information.

Added aircraft progress tab configuration using a tree widget which a…

Added documentation in tree dialog for progress data fields.
Changed flight plan table column selection to use tree widget and description instead of tooltips.
Added fuel load, gross weight, real time and top of climb to aircraft progress.
Removed now useless less/more selector in progress.
Adapted program parts to change in choice dialog and added spacer for better dialog layout.
