shields.io has a custom discord badge with number of online people in case you want to add that. Would be something like https://img.shields.io/discord/1022200980487557130 but the server widget has to be enabled as shown in https://vimeo.com/364220040?embedded=true&source=vimeo_logo&owner=103573672
