fixes and live editor

• tests (resolve coffee-script.js compiler errors, refactor)
• command line (write new template, include minimized bundle.js in .html <script/> for single file result)
• controls (currently disabled)
• move css from jsx to css/styl file
• style the editor
• update docs

for editor run npm i; npm run dev and open localhost:8080
