Add documentation for "custom css" feature #938

We're very close to release 2.0-M3, which will include the new "custom css" feature.

We should add a dedicated page on the documentation in order to let people know how (and when) to use this feature.

Ideally, the new documentation page should be mentioned in the Create event tutorial
