Branching into ALIROOT-6685 with old QA/AOD train macros

This is a possible solution to the issue of running old AliRoot/AliPhysics
with QA/AOD trains. A dedicated branch for production request ALIROOT-6685
is created from the master, with the old QA/AOD macros as used for MC
production LHC15g3a3 which we are asked to clone.
