The Engineering Enablement team have taken ‘stewardship’ of these tools (basically handling commercial and security) which means they’re now responsible for access management. Update the points of contact for anyone looking to request an account.
We don’t currently have a head of frontend, but the lead frontend developers are able to sort out accounts for this tool. (Engineering Enablement are not taking on stewardship of this tool).

Remove the reference to a Head of Frontend as we don’t currently have one, but the lead frontend developers are able to sort out accounts for SpeedCurve – this hasn't changed.
