Visiting http://amsul.ca/pickadate.js/ with either iPhone 4S or iOS simulator and trying the first demo input, the picker opens, but is way offscreen, with everything else behind the white-out. Hitting "Done" to close that the picker now opens as expected: in the middle. In either picker (if the first one is scrolled down to) the date selection is correct.

I can confirm this. I've had one user report that they think it is related to a bug in how iOS 8 handles readonly fields, but I've only been able to find this mention.

Yup, this issue has been resolved with #523. It's in the dev branch if anyone needs the fix right now. Otherwise a release should hopefully be out within a week or so.

Pushed a fix to the master branch: https://github.com/amsul/pickadate.js/tree/master

If anyone can test and verify it works for them as well, I’d appreciate it.

There will be a tagged release soon.
