Add template for generating multiple clustering resolutions

We often have multiple resolutions of clustering data for different analysis.

Describe the solution you'd like
A simple notebook, or a simple set of cells in an existing notebook, that takes in a list of cluster names, or a dict of new name/old name pairings. The result will be an additional column with the higher-level cluster info.
