Fix: add pinyin_search.dict.txt

Previous versions miss the data so are not usable.

Add "Search Multibytes" command

The suggested way to use the plugin is to search single byte pattern first then switch to multibyte pattern.
Such way may introduce some inconvenience.
For example, if you want to search "吃了", the pattern is "cl" and will match with english word "class" first.
