Updating an integration leaves it stuck in phase Deploying

Just tried the following:

$ kamel run examples/hello.xml
integration "hello" created

Tweaked the <setBody><constant> value. Then:

$ kamel run examples/hello.xml
integration "hello" updated

But the integration is never redeployed as it's stuck in phase 'Deploying'.

Yes this is a know issue, should be solved by a pr currently under review
