Task context for kafka indexing tasks #3463

Currently kafka supervisor starts kafka indexing task with empty context map. However, it would be good to have context for kafka indexing tasks as well for specifying environment configs or override default (inherited form overlord/mm) fork properties like jvm heap setting.
