What would you like to be improved?

Gravitino currently uses a fixed JDBC backend connection pool configuration, which may not be optimal for all deployment scenarios and workloads. Users should have the flexibility to tune these parameters according to their specific needs. We should allow users to configure JDBC connection pool parameters
