Purpose
This PR removes the module containing our Python wrapper for StreamPipes.
The Python wrapper has always been a prototype and has not received any updates for a long time.
Instead, we've started to work on a client interface for Python (see
streampipes-client-python).The Python client works reliably and is the way we should focus on supporting Python for StreamPipes, IMHO.
