- Clean up and improve calibration script such that more is tweakable on command line
- Ensure sample width is propagated through drivers correctly.
- Modify debug UART so we can transmit up to 32-bit samples
- Tested sample W=8 up to W=32 on the mirror core, they seem to work (not supported by cal tool and example cores yet!)
