The Like Feedback hover is broken for dark mode.

👟 Reproduction steps

1. Change mode or theme to Dark
2. Converse
3. Gover over the "Like" or "Thumbs Up" button below a conversation bubble

👍 Expected behavior

It should show the correct hover colour for dark mode.

👎 Actual Behavior with Screenshots

It shows transparent (colour) in dark mode.
