Is this a BUG REPORT or FEATURE REQUEST?:
FEATURE REQUEST

GOPATH will be deprecated with Go1.13 (targeted for August of this year). It would be nice to move away from the old dependency management models and embrace the new strategies.

This will make it much easier to use Argo as a library so that others can write their own tools that work with Workflows.
