Disable autosuspend on Gnome based desktops

How Has This Been Tested?

• Generated Gnome desktop image didn't go into suspend by default

Does this disable the ability to automatically go into sleep after a set time completely or does this merely change the default behaviour on a fresh install?

This just disable default auto-suspend. User can set it back to desire number. It seems Gnome set it this way and distributions has to deal with it: https://discussion.fedoraproject.org/t/gnome-suspends-after-15-minutes-of-user-inactivity-even-on-ac-power/79801

I see, the "ac" implies it is on ac power.
Haven't tested if the fix works, but the setting seems to conform with https://discussion.fedoraproject.org/t/gnome-suspends-after-15-minutes-of-user-inactivity-even-on-ac-power/79801
