Description
While having
#armbian-commitschannels they feel bulky and barely anyone uses/recognizes them. Too much information is sent and sometimes too fast.This boils it down to a single line that is sent when somebody opens a pull request or a commit is merged, containing link to the sender, the repository and the commit. Also the commit head message is shown.
Notes:
This PR needs preparation at repository admin/owner level since some secrets need to be set like shown here:

The same is necessary for any other repository that should be announced.
