Version 1.0

First full release that includes testing with 9 kernels of the Rodinia suite. For this purpose, the release includes the kernels directly configured for the test in the compressed file gpu-rodinia.tar.gz. It is not included in the code itself due to the huge size of the IO files of some of the kernels. Follow the instructions of the README to include it and run the test.
