Release 1.1.1 of intaglio.

intaglio is available on crates.io.

Improvements

• Remove dependency on bstr. intaglio now has zero runtime dependencies outside of `std. (Update docs to remove references to Box::leak and reimplement Debug for bytes interner #29).
• Reduce unsafe usage in crate internals. (Reduce unsafe usage #28, Tweak safety docs for Interned::as_static_slice #31)
• More aggressive inlining. (Improvements to internal data structures #30)
• Optional UTF-8 formatting of bytes::SymbolTable when supplying the alternate format specifier {:#}. (Simplify debug reprs of Slice internals #32)

This release contains improvements to documentation and build process.
