1.3.3 opt-in stops timeout
When in info banner mode and a user clicks the opt-in button, a running timeout is stopped.
This avoids duplicated opt-in events.

New Feature:
when the opt-in button is clicked, the new event oil_optin_done_button_clicked is sent
