- split out deployment steps to separate subsection, expand coverage to provide specific deployment location, snippets for NSClient++ command definition, Nagios console command definition and service check
- expand build directions
- add explicit note regarding NSClient combining stdout and stderr plugin output when sending it back to the Nagios console and how to work around this
- refresh examples to include the specific CLI flags used to generate the output, add subsections for WARNING state
