The NodeJS download recipe in this repo is redundant with the node.download recipe in the gerardkok-recipes repo. Additionally gerardkok's version of the recipe allows users to specify which distribution channel of Node to use.
This PR marks the NodeJS.download recipe as deprecated, and switches NodeJS.pkg to use gerardkok's as a parent recipe.
