Removing this, means we need to dissolve the Human Resources Management (HRM) tag.
Maybe we can find some miscellaneous software that fit's in this category before remove this.

While I couldn't find any good miscellaneous software that fits in this category, I found two other software which we didn't have listed yet. See #1138 and #1139
