This release contains the source code for Data-Driven QC (ddqc), software for quality control of single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) data which takes into account the specific features of the dataset under study. Additionally, we also provide code for reproducing the tables and the figures in the manuscript "Biology-inspired data-driven quality control for scientific discovery in single-cell transcriptomics".
