Test analytics are currently disabled because of an issue with glcoud on Intel Macs. Example: https://buildkite.com/bazel/bazel-bazel/builds/28607#0190cbd1-f31b-4e6b-91ab-6800bfe37521

So far we've worked around this issue by making the step non-blocking (#1985), but eventually we should fix the actual root cause.

This problem also explains why we don't have any recent data on https://dashboard.bazel.build/bazelci.
