This satisfies test cases in the specification, and additional BC test vectors match with behavior of libsm3 from
http://infosec.pku.edu.cn/~guanzhi/libsm3/ The specification of SM3 (Chinese PDF) is included in there too.
Google translate is your friend for reading the specification, although the mystery is why it uses "password" instead "encryption" or "cryptography".
