Description of relevant changes

Fix G vs Gi issue in database volume capacity

G = multiples of 1000 bytes
Gi = powers of 2 (1024) bytes

Had set the database capacity to 3G in the BHBC-2010 PR which is technically smaller than 3Gi which is what it was set to before. The deployment complained and failed because you aren't allowed to downgrade a volumes size.
