Covers some of #2189, mainly the remaining schematic symbols.

• U+1CC15 - U+1CC16 (AND/OR gate)
  • Took some hint from parenthesis to make OR gate
• U+27B0, U+27BF, U+214F (Loops)
  • Adaptation of the rams horn character ɤ
  • Had some trouble with NWID and strokes sticking too close. The current version probably still has some minor bulges somewhere.
  • Not sure if Samaritan source should have NWID/WWID, but the glyph just works better in WWID.
    • Also assumes the character to be baselined at half X-height.
• U+1CC0B - U+1CC0D (Induction coil)
  • Same as above.
  • Had some trouble with transition from a horizontal line to the ends of the loops. The current version probably still has some minor bulges somewhere.

Other changes:

• Made inverted inputs compatible with smaller gate size, so they can be shrunk in NWID as per the comment in Connecting orthogonal and diagonal box-drawing glyphs #2271.
