Experiments with a minimal Frontal ablation model added to OGGM

This is the release of a set of experiments using the frontal ablation parameterisation of the Open Global Glacier Model (www.oggm.org). This version coincides with the author's latest publication in The Cryosphere (https://www.the-cryosphere-discuss.net/tc-2018-254/).
