I have moved the R, shiny, and boards folder into a new 'components' folder with each of them regarded as "R package". Please run from root using the makefile. The idea is to gradually finish up the app (shiny app, reactive functions), base (base/shared R and shiny 'business logic' functions) and each board as a packages. Please check.
